To make the space more concise. The designers keep the long side continuity surface of proportion, use tile with marble surface, deep wood, brown leather and more materials into continuity surface between living room and kitchen island to different space. They also use artificial and natural, reflective and matte, smooth and rough materials. They create a peaceful but dramatic space.
