Surrounded by water on three sides, the site features an unique landscape with a good view of municipal park and sea. The design adheres to the original intention of interpreting nature and it integrates the understanding of nature and respect for the city into the construction. Featured blue seascape, the project aims to build a hidden coast landscape, which evokes people's yearning for a quiet coast and a comfortable life, and creates a pleasant experience of vacation.
