"Link" as the design concept, an urban renewal project, rich in art and culture is created through reinventing the abandon old airport runway and empty surrounding to a decent mix of functions, architecture styles and versatile urban space for Cirque du Soleil indoor and outdoor performances, LED sky screen retail arcade, international cuisine streets, canal, courtyards, roof garden, housing, offices, shopping mall, hotels, exhibition spaces, and business parks. Physical and spiritual "link" engage users enjoying and loving this unique and memorable "PLACE".
