Saleable area: 2,228 sq.ft FU is located in Hung Hom, with a built-up area of nearly 2,228 square feet; like the rough and primitive style of the warehouse, but in response to modern life, designers need to deliberately create a sense of primitiveness, such as cement board TV walls, whitewashed red brick walls, and processing and decorating the boat wood in the decorative cabinets to create a warehouse that fits modern life.
