The Warm Waves project is situated in Hong Kong's Southern District, by the Aberdeen Marina yacht club with a stunning, endless sea view. The owners are newlyweds who've sought out an elegant, minimalist design concept which brings warmth and complements the majestic, tranquil setting. The idea was to craft a show flat-style home that was both stunning and homely. Luxury and grandeur are front and center in the living and dining room; it's where the homeowners host family and friends. Naturally the private realm takes clean lines and a pared-down simplicity.
