This single isolated house benefits from a neat and square space, with a central staircase that naturally divides the floor into two halves. The multi-story structure allows for functional units to be arranged on each level, according to the client's needs. The first floor, boasting a height of nearly four meters, comprises a foyer-style entrance, a living room, an open kitchen and dining area for the family to share, as well as a garage in the front yard.
