For centuries, art and music have played pivotal roles in helping individuals navigate through conflicts and themes crucial to their behaviors, thoughts, and feelings. This project delves into the beneficial effects of punk culture on collective mental health. Drawing inspiration from the punk ethos of DIY, rebellion, and self-expression, it crafts a cohesive and interactive musical narrative using a robust visual vocabulary. This novel and inclusive approach paves the way for the burgeoning field of creative therapies in the contemporary landscape.
