Big Easy Winebar & Grill is the result of a collaboration between Virserius Studio, Beyond Hospitality and the design team of professional golfer Ernie 'Big Easy' Els. Big Easy includes several unique spaces, all tied together by inviting rustic elements. Guests and golf fans can stop by the retail shop to buy Big Easy wine from Els’s own vineyard, olive oils, vinegars and other memorabilia.
