The delicate grains of marble wall and the dynamic wall behind the sofa exemplify the contrast of action and quiescence. The design ideas focusing on the altering heights of ceilings and materials show the evolutions of spaces, in which the dining room and kitchen island act as the consistent standards applicable in other spaces in the house. The changing combinations of materials among the natural dyed wood veneers, mirrors, marbles, etc. exhibit the delicate textures.
