Being a designer, brand consultant and Young artist, Song Haitao is dedicated to educate and enlighten minds through design works.She was born in Lanzhou, China.She learned how to accept life as it is from her father.Her design style was deeply influenced by her father.She refused to constrain herself in a single, recognizable style. Her design covered many topics including music, technology, exhibition, and business, switching briskly among different design types like posters, books, images or even space.

How did you become a designer?
My father is a painter.My design style was deeply influenced by him.
What is your growth path? What are your future plans? What is your dream design project?

What is your day to day look like?
I like read good designs in a boring business day,in a busy business day,maybe everyday.
How do you keep up with latest design trends? To what extent do design trends matter?
I stick with my own personal design style.If latest design trends are useful for the design,I donot refuse.
How do you know if a product or project is well designed? How do you define good design?
I will think more than others about my designs.Do my best in all my designs.
Who is your favourite designer?
Maybe it's me.Actually I did not think about who is my favourite designer.I only focus on the design itself.
Would you tell us a bit about your lifestyle and culture?
In Canton,China.My relatives and friends have become more interested in beautiful things because of design.
Would you tell us more about your work culture and business philosophy?
Alone.A good designer, artist or architect always should be himself/herself .
What are your philanthropic contributions to society as a designer, artist and architect?
If it is a public welfare cause, I am willing to license my designs for free.
What positive experiences you had when you attend the A’ Design Award?
A design award made me better.I became more confident.I have learned better that design is not only about design itself.
