Chen Nan,Tenure-Track Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University. Executive Deputy Director of Chinese Ancient Characters Art Research Center,Vice President of Association for Chinese Character Festival. Chen Nan Committed to the integration of Chinese traditional culture and contemporary design, initiated the "Metrical Design Theory", and promoted the teaching and practice of design philosophy and research-oriented design. The designer of the first Oracle bone inscription and Zhangcao（a specific kind of Chinese calligraphy）design font library, drove the integration of ancient Chinese characters into the current design trend.
