About Qianjiang House Sales Center

Qianjiang House is a sales center located in Hangzhou, China, covering 2000 square metres. The interior is fully assembled from prefabricated parts, and the recyclable construction supports a green and healthy concept. A Mobius strip, a symbol of the infinite cycle, is expressed as a visible visual form. Spiral pendant lamps recall a ribbon in motion within the large space. The negotiation area uses soft light colours, leather and silk fabric inspired by the Jiangnan oil-paper umbrella. Furniture is detachable and washable where possible, and the air purification system is closely controlled.

By Design's Qianjiang House Sales Center emerges as a compelling exemplar of contemporary commercial interior architecture that elevates the experiential dimensions of property presentation into the realm of spatial theater. The installation demonstrates remarkable technical accomplishment in its integration of bespoke lighting sculpture with architectural volume, wherein the constellation of interlocking elliptical rings appears to float weightlessly above the atrium while establishing visual rhythm through their varied scales and overlapping trajectories. The compositional strategy reveals sophisticated understanding of processional experience, guiding visitors from entry through the luminous threshold beneath the celestial installation, past the centrally positioned architectural model that serves both as informational display and sculptural anchor, toward the dramatic helical staircase whose continuous white ribbon ascends through space like an architectural gesture frozen mid-flourish. Material selections demonstrate refined sensitivity to tactile and optical qualities, with the polished terrazzo flooring offering subtle aggregate variations that animate the neutral field, while perforated metal screens introduce delicate textural counterpoint and controlled transparency between zones. The integration of living landscape elements—mature trees visible through expansive glazing and carefully positioned within interior courtyards—speaks to biophilic design principles that acknowledge human psychological needs for natural connection within built environments. The chromatic discipline, maintaining a predominantly achromatic palette punctuated by organic greens, creates visual coherence that allows architectural gestures and light quality to command attention without chromatic competition. One might observe how the design successfully balances the functional requirements of commercial presentation with the aspirational atmosphere essential to property marketing, transforming a transactional space into an environment that embodies the elevated lifestyle promised by the development itself. How does the orchestration of light, material, and spatial sequence shape your perception of possibility?
