About Lexington Hill Sai Ying Pun Residential
Lexington Hill Sai Ying Pun is a residential interior design for an apartment in Hong Kong. The floor plan measures just under 800 square feet, so the scheme was arranged to increase the sense of spaciousness. A darker color palette was requested by the owners and adapted to keep the rooms from feeling crowded. The rectangular living and dining area is finished largely in shades of gray and dark wood. Furniture placement divides the space into two clear zones. A large gray sofa and a wooden television console define the lounge, while white floor-to-ceiling storage marks the dining area.

- Unique Properties
- The owners also had a specific idea in mind when it came to the interior design scheme, opting for a darker colour palette that Yuen adapted to prevent the property from feeling dowdy and crowded, making it perfect for modern day life.
- Inspiration
- Owned by a young couple, the interior design scheme adopted in this sophisticated apartment has cleverly enhanced the sense of spaciousness within, far belying a diminutive floor plan that comes in at just under than 800 square feet. Having approached designer Stephen Yuen and the team from Olezo Design Limited, they expressed an interest in transforming the property to create more room, introducing a cool and contemporary style that suits their busy city life.
