Asty Garak’s building design vocabulary is a harmonious combination of organic form and structural stability, inspired by the topographical history of the region. Garak's vibes are actively reflected in curves and waves that metaphorically represent morphological freedom, providing cities with a three-dimensional design solution that deviates from the straight line and two-dimensional composition of existing residential architecture. The harmony of verticality and curvaceous beauty gives the building an overall soft image. Combining shape and function, this system symbolizes a balance of sustainable engineering and timeless beauty.

The integration of smart glass technology in Asty Garak Residential Building represents a departure from traditional residential frameworks - how does this technological choice enhance the living experience for high-income consumers?

Integrating smart glass technology redefined the living experience of high-income consumers. With dynamic control over lighting and privacy, residents can customize their surroundings for relaxation, productivity, or entertainment, and the energy-efficient nature of smart glass combines luxury and sustainability with reduced heating and cooling costs. Inspiration
The project started with a site called Garak in Seoul. Unlike in the past, Garak was a safe place due to the flooding of the Hangang River. Considering the regional characteristics of preventing external waves, the elevation design was designed with the motif of the columnar joint. In addition, it borrowed the form of curves and waves of freedom in the intangible meaning of "joy" in the name of the melody to draw sympathy from users by designing the main entrance and community.
Project Duration
This project is the center of development in the eastern part of Seoul, where new future values will be realized along with continuous development. Construction begins in September 2022 and is scheduled to be completed in October 2025.

In addition, the maximum outdoor area is guaranteed with an average of 40 square meters of small residential 3bay configuration, maximizing residential comfort compared to existing small residential areas.
