About The Orient of JingYue Residential House
The Orient of JingYue is a residential interior design for a flat of 182 square meters. The design draws on the traditional Chinese Wuyue culture of Jingjiang and its link with the water element. Elements of the ancient canal commercial market and local textile crafts are abstracted and refined through modern design methods. Walnut, marble and bronze metal are combined so that the materials echo each other and express a calm Oriental character. The interior connects historical culture with contemporary living habits.
