The two towers integrate high-end residences, offices, and retail spaces, merging innovative design with sustainability. Construction started during the pandemic, prompting a significant shift in plans. Originally intended as an office building, the first tower was converted into residential apartments. This timely decision was made after design phases were completed and the three basement levels were built, marking the beginning of the FAST FORWARD CONVERSION project.
