Office Complex Design Mawan Unit 15 is an office and industrial building complex in Mawan, Shenzhen. Three towers stand side by side, two rising 74.2 meters with 17 floors and one rising 70 meters with 16 floors. A connecting corridor forms an internal axis and continues the Silk Road Corridor concept of the area. Multi-layered bases and vertical green valleys create a three-dimensional park system. Curved building contours echo the nearby riverbank, while setback terraces provide scenic office spaces and shared community levels. A prefabricated structural system was used.
SUIADR's Industrial Building engages contemporary architectural discourse surrounding the humanization of commercial typologies through the strategic integration of public realm, landscape, and transparent building form within dense urban environments, exemplifying design approaches that seek to dissolve traditional boundaries between private development and civic infrastructure by creating generous ground-plane conditions that invite public occupation and social exchange. The compositional achievement of this visualization resides in its successful orchestration of horizontal rhythms across multiple scales, from the macro-level banding of sky, architecture, landscape, and water to the micro-level articulation achieved through the repetitive stepping geometry of cantilevered floor plates that create a distinctive formal identity while maintaining human-scaled proportionality through their subdivision and the integration of planted terraces that introduce organic counterpoint to orthogonal rigor. The chromatic strategy demonstrates sophisticated restraint, establishing environmental unity through a cool-dominant palette of cerulean, slate blue, and spring green punctuated by warm ivory whites and the strategic deployment of a single saturated vermillion sculptural element that functions simultaneously as wayfinding marker, cultural signifier, and chromatic anchor preventing the composition from receding into atmospheric dissolution. The technical execution reveals accomplished command of architectural visualization conventions, employing atmospheric perspective, controlled depth of field, and idealized material rendering to construct a persuasive inhabitable vision that balances aspirational clarity with environmental plausibility. The integration of ephemeral natural elements including cloud formations, soaring birds, rippling water, and animated human presence suggests temporal specificity and lived experience, countering the static perfection often characteristic of architectural representation and instead proposing these structures as dynamic participants within broader ecological and social systems. The total building area is 91,082㎡, including an above-ground area of 69,852㎡, of which 64,187㎡ is for office use, 2,618㎡ for commercial facilities, and 3,000㎡ for cultural, educational, and medical services. The underground area measures 21,230㎡, offering 343 parking spaces for motor vehicles. Tower A and Tower C each rise to 74.2m with 17 floors, while Tower B reaches 70m with 16 floors.

- The design scheme is based on the concept of "Silk Road Corridor," which continues the pattern of "Three Peaks and Two Valleys" and the Y-shaped green corridors of the area. A three-dimensional park system is created through two intersecting axes and three towers. This design features a vertical green valley that mirrors the curves of the nearby riverbank, forming an east-west belt and eco-friendly office spaces, seamlessly integrating modern architecture with the surrounding natural landscape.
