Oor Bradco Fabrieksgebou

Bradco is 'n industriële gebou wat ontwerp is vir die vervaardiging van horlosiebande en luukse leerware in Castelo de Paiva, Portugal. Die fabriek is rondom natuurlike lig beplan. Verskeie dakligte is op die dak geplaas sodat die produksiearea helder bly vir die werknemers. Klip uit die streek is op die buitekant gebruik, saam met glas en staal, om die gebou aan sy omgewing te verbind. Groot beglaasde areas skep deursigtigheid tussen die binneruimte en die omliggende landskap. Die projek is tussen 2019 en 2020 uitgevoer.

Ontwerpuitdaging: Bradco was a huge creative challenge for EM Paralelo. It was a very attractive architectural project due to its industrial characteristics and for being able to combine a factory in such a beautiful landscape. Representing Bradco in Portugal was a source of pride. Being able to contribute to the growth of the factory and the number of jobs was very challenging.
Navorsing: Bradco industry is an industrial unit in Castelo de Paiva. With the objective of strengthening research and technological development and Innovation, a process that has led, above all, to the increase in jobs, the company of the Swiss business group Brasport activated an investment of more than 3.1 million euros, with financing of more of 1.5 million euros. Company in the sector of manufacture of bracelets and luxury leather goods, in which it assumes itself as a leader.
Inspirasie: The inspiration for this project was above all the challenge of designing a different industry with local characteristics.
