About Restrepo Outomatiese Polshorlosie-versameling
Restrepo is 'n versameling van vyf outomatiese chronograaf-polshorlosies. Die kasvorm is elliptisch, geïnspireer deur die elliptiese wentelbane van die planete soos beskryf deur die Kepler-wette. Elke polshorlosie is gebou rondom 'n outomatiese Valjoux-meganisme en 'n kas van 316L vlekvrye staal met 'n saffierglas en 'n oop kasrug. Drie afwerkings word aangebied: staal, blou en goud. Die wyserplate is van emalje en die bandjies is gemaak van gevulkaniseerde rubber. Die waterbestandheid word geklassifiseer op 5 ATM. - I am a fa,n amateur of watches since my youth
- Inspiration
- The real start of this project is the curve and the shape of the planets in the Universe that are in fact not round but elliptical as the movements referring the Kepler rules. So to make a new way of exploration I decided after some travels in Concord from Paris to NY, to rehabilitate the elliptical shapes for timepieces. Ignoring at this time that so many famous Brands had used that shape on the 70'S.
