Afmetings & Verpakking: The design team installs metal strips at each opening and the lower edge of the glass balustrade on each balcony. In addition to the drainage, when the rain drops along the bars, the rain will only drip down on the bars and will not leave traces along the exterior walls. Moreover, the design team takes into account the building bulk ratio and coverage ratio, as well as aesthetics and functionality, they plan the patio in the middle of the building to allow sunlight to reach every floor. As for the balconies, they have orange, brown, and blue color flashing grilles to show a bright look and provide ventilation.

Produksietegnologie: Building materials: reinforced concrete structure, f1 fire-resistance building materials, stainless steel perforated plates, iron parts, transparent glass, resin coatings, solar panels, three-layer fluorocarbon baking paint, etc. The fluorocarbon baking paint on perforated plates has good weather resistance and corrosion resistance. It does not fade easily and has a long service life of more than 20 years. Inspirasie: The client's business is electronic components, which are closely related to metal. The project uses metal perforated plates to show the printed circuit board imagery and combines it with the corporate logo to create a metal curtain wall. The sunlight reflects different looks through the metal curtain, allowing the logo to be indirectly projected on the building, presenting an eye-catching headquarters building with a sense of technology and modernity.

Meanwhile, the QR code of the corporate logo on the mailbox at the entrance helps to market the company culture. Besides, the design team takes into account the details to maintain the building's exterior for a long time. They plan the metal strips on the balcony and openings, and the seamless snap-in aluminum cladding on the balcony ceiling, all to the client's satisfaction.
