Next Collection is 'n residensiële kompleks wat ontwerp is in verhouding tot die landskap van Green Cape. Die gebou bestaan uit drie onafhanklike vleuels wat op 'n platform geplaas is wat 'n tuin huisvest. Die dak word gebruik as 'n sosiale area met 'n restaurant, 'n kroeg en 'n swembad. Die uitleg van die vleuels ondersteun 'n duidelike vloei tussen die woonstelle en die tuin op die platform. Die interieur volg 'n minimalistiese benadering met 'n nautiese tema en 'n kalm kleurpalet. Die ontwerp kombineer organiese vorms met die omliggende topografie.
