About Monad Terrace የመኖሪያ አፓርታማ ውስጣዊ ንድፍ
ሞናድ ተራስ በማያሚ ቢች የሚገኝ የመኖሪያ አፓርታማ ውስጣዊ ንድፍ ነው። ይህ መኖሪያ በአቴሊየር ዣን ኑቬል እና በገንቢው ጄዲኤስ ዴቨሎፕመንት ግሩፕ በተገነባው ህንፃ ውስጥ ተጠናቆ የቀረበ የመጀመሪያው ቤት ነው። አፓርታማው በአጠቃላይ 5,193 ካሬ ጫማ ስፋት ያለው ሲሆን፣ 3,350 ካሬ ጫማ የውስጥ ቦታ እና 1,843 ካሬ ጫማ የውጭ ቦታን ያካትታል። የውስጥ ንድፉ ቦታውን ለሰው ልጅ ተስማሚ ለማድረግ የውስጥ ንድፍ ጥበብንና የፋሽን ንድፍ ጥበብን በማዋሃድ የተነደፈ ነው። የቤት እቃዎቹ በሙሉ ለሮሽ ቦቦይስ ከተዘጋጀው የዣን ፖል ጎቲየር ስብስብ ብቻ ተመርጠዋል። ፕሮጀክቱ በጥር 2020 ተጠናቋል።

- International Designers by Rita Chraibi reveals the interiors of the first completed residence at Monad Terrace by Ateliers Jean Nouvel and developer JDS Development Group in Miami Beach. Rita’s design of the 5,193 square-foot residence highlights her signature style which uniquely fuses interior and fashion design to humanize the space. The residence reflects the most exceptional aspects of haute couture high-fashion and is an ode to the fashion house.
