About The Grandeur of Bungalow in Penthouse የፔንትሀውስ የውስጥ ንድፍ
የፔንትሀውስ ውስጥ ያለው የቡንጋሎ ግርማ በህንድ ፑኔ ውስጥ ለሚገኝ ፔንትሀውስ የተፈጠረ የመኖሪያ የውስጥ ንድፍ ሲሆን፣ የተገነባው ስፋቱ 3436 ካሬ ጫማ ነው። በተጋለጠ ጡብ፣ በተመታ መዳብ፣ ጥሬ ብረት፣ የተፈጥሮ እንጨት፣ የተወለወለና ያልተወለወለ የኮታ ድንጋይ፣ እና ባህላዊ ጨርቆች ጨምሮ የተፈጥሮና የአካባቢ ቁሳቁሶች በሁሉም ቦታ ጥቅም ላይ ውለዋል። አንድ የፒችዋይ ጥበብ ስራ አንድ ሙሉ ግድግዳ የሚሸፍን ሲሆን የእንጨት ሽንኩርት ደግሞ የመኖሪያ አካባቢውን ያመላክታል። በምስራቅ በኩል ያሉ ቀጥ ያሉ ክንፎች፣ ሶስት እጥፍ ከፍታ ያለው ማዕከላዊ ቦታ እና የጣሪያ መስኮቶች ብርሃንንና ጥላን ይቀርጻሉ እንዲሁም ተሻጋሪ አየር ማናፈሻን ይደግፋሉ።

- Unique Properties
- It’s not every day that you come across a house that makes you wonder if you’re really amidst the hustle & bustle of a city life!
The design reflect distinctive use of natural textures and palette ranging from beaten copper, traditional fabrics,polished & unpolished kota, exposed brick & concrete
The house gives a sense of liveliness and comfort, with a hint of moody tones here & there - Dimensions & Packaging

- Production Technology
- Natural & local materials like Exposed brick, beaten copper, steel with raw look, natural wood etc. have been used, to complement these we have used pastel to vibrant shades, traditional fabrics are used through out the house. It is an inward looking house. Along with aesthetics, in entire house light & shadows create different dramatic effects through out the day and year. Proper cross ventilation is ensured keeping the house airy all the time
- Design Challenge
- Since this is Penthouse, the other floors design was fixed, respecting the the structural designer who has already designed the entire building, we tried not to do any of the structural changes, yet east side fins, triple height central area, skylights and spatial planing of public area like living, dining, kitchen area is done
- Inspiration
- The client is from Gujarati family, so his requirement was to have a home which reflects his way of living & lifestyle
The first thing that catches your eye is the Pichwai art that spans an entire wall,followed by a striking wooden swing, these local elements make space contemporary with the essence of Gujarati culture.
The entire east side of the house opens up by means of vertical fins, creating an aesthetic dance of shadow and light, whilst also it receives ample cross ventilation - Project Duration
- The Project started in 2019 in Pune, India and finished in October 2020 facing the pandemic challenge successfully
