About Jinmao Palace የሽያጭ ማዕከል

ጂንማኦ ፓላስ በቤጂንግ ፌንግታይ ዲስትሪክት፣ ከዮንግዲንግ ወንዝ አቅራቢያ የሚገኝ የሽያጭ ማዕከል ነው። የውስጠኛው ክፍል በንግድ የመሬት ወለል ላይ 682 ካሬ ሜትር ይሸፍናል። ንድፉ የአስራ አምስት ደቂቃ የማህበረሰብ የመኖሪያ ክብ ሀሳብን በመከተል የመልክዓ ምድር እና የገጠር ገጽታዎችን ወደ ከተማዋ ያስተዋውቃል። ከገበያዎችና ካፌዎች መነሳሳት ያገኙ ተግባራት በቦታው ውስጥ ተቀምጠዋል፣ በአካባቢዎች መካከል ያሉ ድንበሮችም ለስላሳ ተደርገዋል። የመቀበያ አዳራሹ በውሃ መብራቶች ያጌጠ ሲሆን፣ ባለ ሁለት ከፍታ ሬዚን አክሪሊክ ስክሪን የመቀበያውን ዳራ የውሃ ንድፍ ያንጸባርቃል።

Unique Properties: It is located in Fengtai District, Beijing, along the Yongding River of the West Fifth Ring Road. As for this design, the designer introduces the concept of landscape and pastoral life in the city with the aim of leading the new lifestyle of the surrounding area and setting a good example of the project brand, thus creating the 8th low-density high-tech house at Beijing Jinmao Palace. With the aspiration for comfortable living, Jinmao Mansion is expected to be the model of urban living.
Dimensions & Packaging: The project covers a total of 682 square meters.

Production Technology: The main materials in this project are terrazzo, texture paint, wood grain transfer printing, wood finish, Pu stone skin, resin acrylic.
Design Challenge: The project is based on the commercialgroundfloor. The structure is overloaded, and the space lacks the sense of structure.
Research: The design fully considers the interest of space. The designer starts with architectural thinking and enhances the spatial level to create a different way of experience. The vivid theme of living community is designed to blend into nature, introduce scene functions and weaken the boundary of each functional area in the space.
Inspiration: The designer derives the concept of sharing and symbiosis in the daily life in new metropolis. Urban life carries the function of people's social life. Therefore, the designer focuses on creating a "15-minute community living circle", implanting the concept of hypermarket and cafe life in the space.
Project Duration: The project started in July 2021 in Beijing and finished in November 2021 in Beijing.
Operation Flow: According to the design concept, the designer, getting rid of conventional mindset, decorates the reception hall with water lights, which look like the flowing water. The double-height smoke resin acrylic screen and the water pattern of the reception background echo with each other, forming a romantic atmosphere of life. The designer integrates vitality, nature, cloud, smoke and water to make the whole space full of vitality.
