ቢሮው ሁለት ፎቆች ያሉት ሲሆን፣ እያንዳንዱ በተለያየ ጭብጥ የተነደፈ ነው። የዋናው ፎቅ ጭብጥ ከተፈጥሮ ጋር መዋሃድ ሲሆን፣ ጎብኚዎች በመግቢያው ላይ እንደ ትላልቅ ዛፎች የሚመስሉ 24 ቅስት ቅርጽ ያላቸው ሐውልቶች በኩል ወደ ውስጠኛው ክፍል መግባት ይችላሉ። እፅዋትና የእንጨት ቁሳቁሶች በየቦታው ተበታትነው ይገኛሉ። የንዑስ ፎቁ የንድፍ ጭብጥ ደግሞ በክፍት ባህር ላይ የሚጓዝ የመርከብ ጉዞ ነው። ከዋናው ፎቅ በተቃራኒ፣ የስብሰባ ክፍሎቹ በሰማያዊና በነጭ ቀለም የተዋሃዱ ናቸው። የፀሐይ ብርሃን በሉቨሮች በኩል ወደ ውስጥ ይገባል፣ ይህም አድስ የሆነ ድባብ ይፈጥራል።

The main floor has a theme of fusion with nature, and the sub-floor has a theme of a cruise ship sailing on the open sea.
The various seating layouts allow staff to work at their preferred seat according to their mood at any given time. The meeting rooms are also available in both private and open formats. The space is not designed only for design, but also for rational and efficient office space that can meet all kinds of needs.
ምርምር: The sub-floor, designed to resemble a cruise ship sailing on the open sea, is a conference room with a blue and white color scheme that contrasts with the main floor. Louver panels are installed on the walls, and indirect lighting is installed behind the louver panels to make it look as if sunlight is shining through the gaps between the wings. This gives the impression that sunlight is shining through the gaps between the louvers.

የሥራ ሂደት: The main floor has a variety of seating arrangements, including high counter seating, tables along the windows, oval tables under a symbolic circular structure protruding from the ceiling, and personal booths, allowing staff to work wherever they feel comfortable at the time.
In addition, there are two meeting rooms, one completely soundproofed and the other open with glass walls.
There is also a bar counter and sofas facing the windows where staff can take a break from work and relax.
