የማህበረሰብ ጥበብ (The Art of Community) በታይዋን ታይቹንግ ከተማ ውስጥ በሚገኝ የመኖሪያ ልማት ውስጥ የተሠራ የሕዝብ ቦታ ንድፍ ነው። የጋራ ቦታዎቹ ወደ ተተከለ ግቢ የሚከፈት ስድስት ሜትር ከፍታ ያለው መግቢያ አዳራሽ፣ የጥበብ መተላለፊያ እና የመኖሪያ ኩሽና ያካትታሉ። 3.3 ሜትር የሆነ የመስታወት ግድግዳ ተፈጥሯዊ ብርሃንን እና የአየር ዝውውርን ወደ ውስጠኛው ክፍል ያስገባል። ቀላል እና ንጹህ የሆነ ኮንክሪት ከሞቅ ያለ እንጨት ጋር ተጣምሯል፤ ለስላሳ ተፈጥሯዊ ኩርባዎች ጠንካራ ማዕዘኖችን ተክተዋል፤ ይህም በተለይ በቤተ-መጻሕፍቱ የተጠማዘዘ የእንጨት ሥነ-ሕንፃ ውስጥ በግልጽ ይታያል። ወደ ግቢው የሚያደርስ ቀጣይነት ያለው ፍሰት ለመፍጠር እና በነዋሪዎች መካከል ግንኙነትን ለማበረታታት መደበኛው የመግቢያ አዳራሽ ጠረጴዛ ተወግዷል።

- This design transforms residential living into an art-infused community. It features a 6-meter lobby opening to a lush courtyard, an Art Corridor, and a Living Kitchen. Soft curves, organic forms, and expansive 3.3-meter glazing create a seamless, light-filled environment. It's a holistic ecosystem fostering connection and creativity, redefining modern family living beyond mere accommodation.

- Guided by biophilic principles, the design methodology focused on dissolving the barrier between indoors and out. This was achieved through a 6-meter-high lobby and expansive 3.3-meter glazing, maximizing natural light and airflow. The material palette intentionally blends minimalist concrete with warm wood to craft a sophisticated yet gentle atmosphere. A key technique was favoring soft, organic curves over hard angles, most prominent in the library's unique curved wooden architecture.

The design had to actively encourage social interaction, not just provide amenities. Realizing the project's signature organic forms and soft curves also posed a significant construction challenge, requiring precision to achieve the desired welcoming atmosphere.

The design fosters a holistic lifestyle for young families by weaving art, nature, and shared experiences into daily life. This approach seeks to elevate residential living by creating an ecosystem where human connection can flourish through shared spaces like the Art Corridor and Living Kitchen, crafting a lifestyle rooted in aesthetic appreciation.
