About Chifuyu የመኖሪያ ክፍል መካከለኛ ጠረጴዛ
ቺፉዩ ለመኖሪያ ክፍሎች የተነደፈ ዝቅተኛ መካከለኛ ጠረጴዛ ነው። ቅርጹ በአየር ላይ ተንጠልጥለው የሚታዩ ሁለት የቆዳ ቁርጥራጮች ምስል መነሻ ሆኖታል። አንድ ነጠላ የተጠማዘዘ የቆዳ ቁራጭ ገጽታውን ቅርጽ ሰጥቶ የመንሳፈፍ ስሜት ይፈጥራል። ቀዳዳ ያለው ብረት ጥምዙን የሚደግፍ ሲሆን ውስብስቡን ባለሶስት አቅጣጫ ቅርጽ አሰራር እንዲቻል አድርጓል። ጠረጴዛው በስፋት 950 ሚሊሜትር፣ በጥልቀት 950 ሚሊሜትር እና በቁመት 280 ሚሊሜትር ይለካል። ቀላል እና የተንጠለጠለ የሚመስለው ገጽታ ለዕለታዊ የውስጥ ክፍሎች ልዩ የሆነ ድባብ ለመጨመር የታሰበ ነው።

- Unique Properties
- The curving single piece of leather creates a sense of floating.
This center table is almost gravity-beflying.
This table, as if suspended in mid-air, will bring a touch of the extraordinary to your everyday life. - Dimensions & Packaging

- Production Technology
- The shaping of the tertiary surface proved extremely difficult. It was achieved by employing perforated metal.
- Design Challenge
- Expressing the shape of a cubic surface and realising it while utilising the skills of engineers proved extremely difficult. Through repeated discussions, we continued to seek the correct solution until completion.
- Inspiration
- While pondering how to create a new table, an image came to mind of two pieces of leather suspended in mid-air.
I contemplated how to realise this vision, and arrived at this form. - Project Duration
- The project started in Apr. 2020 in Tokyo and finished in Jan. 2021 in Tokyo, and was exhibited in Salone del Mobile in June 2022.
