ኢተርናል ሴንተር በሃንግዡ፣ ቻይና የሚገኝ የመኖሪያ ውስጣዊ ንድፍ ነው። ፕሮጀክቱ በጥቅጥቅ ያለ የከተማ ማዕከል ውስጥ ቦታን ለማመቻቸት ተንሳፋፊ ደሴት ተብሎ የተሰየመ ከፍ ያለ መድረክን ይጠቀማል። የመኖሪያ ቦታውን ከፍ ማድረግ ክፍትነትን፣ ግላዊነትን እና ሰፊ እይታዎችን ይፈጥራል። የአካባቢው ባህላዊ ማጣቀሻዎች ከምዕራባዊ የጌጣጌጥ አካላት ጋር በተረጋጋ እና ዘመናዊ አቀራረብ ተጣምረዋል። የተቀናጁ ስርዓቶች ንጹህ አየርን፣ እርጥበትን፣ የአየር ማጣሪያን እና የድምጽ መከላከያን ያስተዳድራሉ። ብልህ የቤት ስርዓት የሙቀት መጠንን፣ እርጥበትን እና የአየር ጥራትን ለመቆጣጠር ያስችላል። ውስጣዊው ክፍል 472 ካሬ ሜትር ይሸፍናል።
