About Time Book مسند كتب
"Time Book" هو مسند كتب مصمم للاستخدام على المكتب أو على رف الكتب. يُصنع كل مسند من كتلة من الزجاج الكريستالي المصقول يدويًا، ويُطبع على سطحه حبر خاص بتقنية الطباعة الحريرية ثم يُعالَج بالحرارة العالية. وتمنح الكثافة العالية للزجاج الكريستالي المسند ثباتًا أثناء الاستخدام. يتسم التصميم بالبساطة في الوظيفة والشكل والخامة، ويشبه منحوتة على هيئة كتاب، إذ يعبّر الشكل عن الوظيفة بوضوح. وقد استُخدم في النص المطبوع خط "Quinsay Parto"، أما الأحرف MMXIX على كعب الكتاب فهي الأرقام الرومانية لعام 2019.

- Unique Properties
- Bookends are made by hand-polished crystal glass blocks. Special ink was screen printed on the surface and cured at high temperature. The high density of crystal glass gives them perfect stability when in use.
Time Book is minimalistic in terms of function, form and material, it’s like a book-shaped sculpture. The function is clearly presented by its form.
The text on the book uses Quinsay Parto typeface designed by Time book’s designer. The “MMXIX” on the book spine is the Roman numeral writing of “2019”. - Dimensions & Packaging

- Time Book is inspired by Marquez’s novel. The opening of “One Hundred Years of Solitude” is printed on Time Book. It is the beginning of a great novel.
- Project Duration
- The project started in April 2018 and finished in December 2018 in Hangzhou(China), and was exhibited in Museum of Contemporary Art Shanghai in February 2019.
- Operation Flow
- Time Book can be placed on a desk or a bookshelf. The high density of crystal glass gives them perfect stability when it is used.stability when in use.
