About Mayfair by the Sea التصميم الداخلي السكني

"مايفير باي ذا سي" هو مشروع تصميم داخلي لوحدة سكنية من طابقين (دوبلكس) تقع في الطابق العلوي من أحد المباني، وتتمتع بإطلالة بحرية بزاوية 180 درجة. يتضمن المخطط مسبحًا خارجيًا وتراسًا ومنطقة على السطح. وتخلق لوحة ألوان من الأبيض والرمادي مساحة معيشة عصرية مخصصة لزوجين. تشمل المواد المستخدمة الخشب الطبيعي في وحدات التخزين والأثاث، إلى جانب الزجاج والقشرة الخشبية والأقمشة والأحجار الطبيعية والبلاط وورق الحائط والبلاستيك. تحتوي الجناح الرئيسي على غرفة ملابس واسعة يفصلها خزانة شفافة مرتفعة، تضم في داخلها خزانة عرض للمجوهرات. أما الستائر الدوارة الإلكترونية والزجاج المطلي فيعملان على تقليل درجات الحرارة المرتفعة.

Unique Properties: This is the most of the stunning 180-degree sea view on the top floor with the great outdoor swimming pool; terrace and rooftop area.
Dimensions & Packaging: The master suite is equipped with a large cloakroom and separated by a transparent with the tall wardrobe. And jewelry display cabinet is specially designed within the cloakroom.

Production Technology: A various materials have been applied in this project such as logwood for storage and furniture, glasses, different kinds of veneers, fabrics, natural stones, tiles, wallpapers and plastic for created a richer layer and texture.
Design Challenge: The hardest part needs to solve the high temperatures in 180-degree
Research: High-Temperature Electronics Pose Design and Reliability Challenges. This house is located on the top floor with large glasses. Interior designer embraces the smart living with electronic rolling curtain and glasses coating which can be decreasing the high-Temperature.
Inspiration: In order to create a stylish and modern living space for the couple owner, interior designer embraces the predominant color palette of white and grey.
Project Duration: The project started in May 2019 and is completed in December 2019.
Operation Flow: Interior designer is keen to bring different parts of materials and spatial planning with different constructors.
