About Beauty of Life Academy of China Resource مكتب مبيعات

"أكاديمية جمال الحياة" التابعة لمجموعة تشاينا ريسورسز هي مكتب مبيعات يقع في شونيي بالصين. تمتد المساحة الداخلية على 502 متر مربع وتتبع مفهوم "اللامحدود". تقود المنحنيات الانسيابية الزوار من البهو عبر رواق فني ومنطقة عرض مركزية ورواق للضوء والظل وغرفة كبار الشخصيات المطلة على الماء. تعمل هذه المنحنيات على تليين الحدود الفاصلة بين الغرف ودمج العمارة والمشهد الطبيعي والفراغ الداخلي في وحدة واحدة. تشمل المواد المستخدمة حجر الموكا الذهبي، وألواح الألياف الزجاجية GRG، والأعمال الخشبية، والطلاء ذا الملمس، والفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ. اكتمل المشروع في أغسطس 2019.

Unique Properties: The commercial space is transformed into an artistic and aesthetic space, with the combination of streamline and light and shadow to deduce the tension, highlighting the charm of modern architecture.

Design Challenge: How to break through the U-shaped architectural space layout and the plain space experience in design, by creating a space experience of fluidity, rhythm and interest through the use of curves, and blur the sense of fixedness of the traditional physical space boundary, Let light, nature and interior express themselves in different forms and integrate them into one, thus creating an aesthetic art space that uses landscape to read visitors.
Research: "Unbounded" first crosses the boundary, and then eliminates the boundary in a soft way. Breaking the inherent rules of traditional sales offices, crossing the boundaries of architecture, landscape, and space, and borrowing streamlined curves, the flow-like separation and convergence will penetrate and merge the boundaries of the three, creating new possibilities.
Inspiration: Peach Blossom Spring says that there is a small gap in the mountain, as if there is light existed. Tao Yuanming's eagerness to return home is to watch on a lone boat hundreds of miles away.
Project Duration: It was completed in August, 2019, which had lasted for 40 days, it was located in Shunyi, China.
Operation Flow: Step into the lobby space where you want to promote and suppress, follow the flowing curved lines of art from the art gallery into the central exhibition area, as the curves of nature and light and shadow disappear into the art landscape, and are separated by the streamlined curve The light and shadow gallery space is surrounded by light and shadow along the curve to the water VIP. It dilutes the boundary between space and space, and gives new spatial attributes to flow, nature, light and shadow.
