About Co-real Smart Home المتجر الرئيسي

"كو-ريل سمارت هوم" هو متجر رئيسي ومبنى مكتبي في مدينة هانغتشو بالصين. يمتد المشروع على مساحة 1800 متر مربع، وهو عبارة عن إعادة تأهيل لمصنع بسيط. وقد جرت معالجة المبنى بوصفه صندوقًا أبيض تتوزع كتله المتمايزة حول فناء مركزي، بما يمنحه هوية واضحة ضمن محيطه. ويفتح بهوٌ داخليٌ مرتفع على القاعة العامة التي تشكّل مركز الحركة الأفقية والعمودية. يضم الطابق الأول صالة عرض للمنتجات وغرفًا نموذجية يمكن من خلالها اختبار كل نظام من أنظمة المنزل الذكي. أما الطابق الثاني فهو منطقة مكتبية متكاملة.

Unique Properties: It is renovated from a simple factory, to be a white box with distinct volumes around a central courtyard, and unique from the surroundings. It conveys ideas about technology and life, as well as opening and sharing.
The first floor of the new building is equipped with a product showroom and the intelligent experience sample room of each system of Co-real Home Smart. The second floor is a comprehensive office area.

Production Technology: It is equipped with four constant systems, which ensures constantly stable temperature, stable humidity, stable oxygen and stable static of the whole space.
Design Challenge: How to renew an abandoned factory building, bring new vitality to the area with a new image, and increase the unique attraction for the enterprise.
Research: Refuse to be ordinary. Every part of design is always to seek for a larger possibility of space usage based on true demands from users.
Inspiration: Co-real Smart Home is one of the leaders in industry about energy saving and eco-lifestyle, providing customers with integrated solutions of intelligent and comfortable home system. Therefore, if we have to define it, we think it would be warm, bright, bold, free and comfortable.
The public hall is the center of the plane and vertical moving lines. The designer makes a high atrium to open the space, presenting a grand and transparent view.
Project Duration: Time: 2018.11 - 2019.8
Location: No.700 Gudun Road, West lake district, Hangzhou, China
Operation Flow: Step 1: the preliminary planning and design of space plane;
Step 2: draw the detailed space design scheme;;
Step 3: the owner confirms the overall design scheme;
Step 4: draw construction drawings and confirm the list of building materials and furniture;
Step 5: deliver the construction drawings.
Step 6: supervise the construction process until it is finished.
