About Tongchuan Sce Funworld مركز مبيعات

"تونغتشوان إس سي إي فان وورلد" هو مركز مبيعات يقع في مدينة تونغتشوان بالصين، وتبلغ مساحته 680 متراً مربعاً. تدور فكرة التصميم حول السفر عبر الفضاء، مستلهمةً من عناصر النجوم والسحب. وقد وُضع عمل تركيبي فني من الجسيمات عند المدخل. وفوق منطقة عرض مجسم المشروع العقاري، تشكّل تركيبات دائرية ملوّنة مساراً زمنياً متعرجاً. وينعكس الضوء المنبعث من أشرطة الإضاءة على الجدران ليخلق ألواناً متنوعة. وتُعد ألواح الأكريليك المقطوعة بالليزر والمنحوتات الألمنيومية المواد الأساسية المستخدمة. كما يميّز عملٌ تركيبي من المرايا مع إضاءة زرقاء منطقة توقيع العقود، فيما خُصّصت منطقة لعب للأطفال.

Unique Properties: Nearly every adult has a childhood dream about the space travel such as a travel to and fro the time tunnel or a walk in the clouds. They long for the future and the freedom. The spatial particle art installation at the entrance will lead visitors to recapture the sweet dreams stuck in their childhood memory.
Dimensions & Packaging: The area of project is 680 square meter.

Production Technology: Laser acrylic panel, aluminum sculpture
Design Challenge: The biggest challenge lies in how to embody the futuristic feeling and technologies. The design team selected "stellar" and"cloud" elements as the theme. In order to echo with it, the team finally used two main materials: laser acrylic panel and aluminum-made sculpture. The splendid reflective feature and metal texture create a fantastic atmosphere by the refraction of light and shadows.
Research: Situated in Guangzhong region, Tongchuan is not far away from China Xi'an Satellite Control Center, so it has witnessed a new progress in aerospace industry.
Inspiration: Several colorful round-shaped art installations above the property model display area seem to form a crisscross and winding time track. Sunlight is projected on the wall via lamp belt, which helps produce a riot of dreamy colors. As visitors walk here, they seem to travel in the time tunnel, and feel a magic power brought by technology. The light and shadows, coupled with metals, present a mysterious and fantastic power in the negotiation area.
Project Duration: The project started in October 2020 August and finished in October 2020 in Tongchuan, China.
Operation Flow: The mirror installation that emanates mysterious blue light is set in the easy and quiet contract signing area, serving as the exit of the time tunnel. Walking out of it, visitors seem to awake from their dreams. The kid's play area acts as not only a play ground for children, but also a starting point for a space travel. As long as we hold on to our dream, it will come true one day. So aren't we living in the dream?
