حول Fon 23 التصميم الداخلي لمبنى مكاتب
"فون 23" هو تصميم داخلي لمبنى مكاتب صُمِّم وفق مبادئ الأبنية الخضراء. يمتد المشروع على مساحة 5561.1 متر مربع وقد أُنجز في مدينة تايتشونغ بتايوان. تساعد المساحات المزروعة الواسعة والعناصر المائية الموزّعة في كل طابق على تنظيم المناخ المحلي وتخفيف الحرارة. كما تعمل النباتات على زيادة الأكسجين وتحسين جودة الهواء. ويشكّل جدار أخضر متعدد الطبقات على هيئة خلية نحل حديقة رأسية من الأزهار والأعشاب. وتولّد الألواح الشمسية المثبّتة على السطح نحو 25.8 كيلوواط. وتعتمد المصاعد محرّكات ذات مغناطيس دائم ونظاماً لتوليد الطاقة المستعادة. أما القاعات المشتركة والمرافق العامة فهي متاحة للشركات والمؤسسات الخيرية.

- It is a human-oriented smart green office building. Persisting in green design techniques all the way starting with the design, to the selection of eco-friendly construction materials. For the sustainable development of the enterprise, the goal is set as the smart green office building, with the planning characteristics including massive greening for the entire building; green energy combined with recyclable energy providing comprehensive facilities and friendly contribution to the environment.

- Massive greening and water landscape in each floor help regulate the microclimate and reduce the heat. In addition, massive plants increase oxygen and reduce carbon dioxide, which improves the quality of the space.

- Vertical Greening: The beehive-shaped multi-layer green wall features, flowers and grass demonstrating prosperity, enhancing the aesthetic of the landscape environment, introducing a sense of beauty to the city along with aesthetic competitiveness.

- Green design has been set as the pre-requisite starting from the purchase of the land, therefore solar energy panels are installed on the roof, the low pollution and solar power source responds to the green energy policy, creating power of about 25.8KW to contribute back to TaiPower, as well as reducing 16,985 tons of CO2, while inverter permanent-magnet motors and power regeneration system are adopted for the power-consuming elevators in the office building.
