About Beyond 100 Years # التصميم الداخلي السكني
"ما بعد 100 عام" هو مشروع تصميم داخلي سكني يقع في كاوهسيونغ، تايوان. يخلق المشروع أجواء معيشية مريحة وأنيقة للعائلات الشابة وسائر القاطنين. تتبع منطقة الاستقبال والبهو مفهوم الواجهة المعمارية، حيث يُستقدم المشهد الطبيعي الخارجي إلى الداخل ليكمّل القاعة الكبيرة. وتستوحي مشربيات النوافذ زخرفة شبكية زهرية بدرجات لونية متوازنة ومتناظرة. أما الإكسسوارات الأنيقة والأعمال الفنية المصنوعة يدويًا فتستحضر المحيط والميناء المجاور. ويُمزج الأثاث العصري مع الألوان والنقوش التقليدية.

- Unique Properties
- The design concept aims to create a comfortable, unique and elegant living atmosphere to adapt to a series of specific markets including young families, to set a unique tone for architecture and interior design, and to distinguish it from other nearby residences. The focus of the space is to provide a high level of comfort, while maintaining simplicity and flexibility to accommodate the daily work of the residents.

- Production Technology
- For indoor public areas, interesting architectural facade concepts are considered, this principle is applied to the interior of the reception area and lobby area, and the interior landscape is integrated into the interior to complement the design language of the large hall. Interpret the ocean through elegant accessories and hand-made products, make a perfection of the overall design concept.
- Design Challenge
- It is necessary to consider the appearance of the architectural concept to echo this harmoniously, and to complete an elegant and comfortable space positioning, to consider the geographical location of the port to pursue the concept of "beauty", to apply and practice the whole idea.
- Research
- In the interior space, the interpretation of window grilles inspired the design of the flower grille and introduced balanced and symmetrical tones, adding contours to the urban landscape and skyline through the window panels. A pair of stunning peacocks symbolize good luck and prosperity through artistic presentation as indicators in the space. The use of modern furniture in all spaces emits a touch of traditional decoration colors and furniture patterns that represent the traditional characteristic of the place.
- Inspiration
- The case is located in the Kaohsiung Yawan Development Zone. As the coast of Kaohsiung Port with an advantageous geographical location, the city began its development. The city and modern design methods that are famous for the port and the ever-fast-developing shipping and commercial city life are proposed, and the location of the project offers a panoramic view of Dagang from above.
- Project Duration
- The project will be finished in August 2021 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
- Operation Flow
- In order to create a comfortable, elegant and unique residence, it combines the beauty of nature, the beauty of tradition, and the beauty of culture, balanced with many years of professional design experiences, considers the regionality and particularity of the port, and uses elegant decoration and hand-made artworks to echo the ocean concept.
