About Vanke Yantai Chang An مركز مبيعات عقارية

"فانكه يانتاي تشانغ آن" هو مركز لمبيعات العقارات يقع في مدينة يانتاي، بمقاطعة لايشان. تمتد المساحة الداخلية على 2368 مترًا مربعًا وتضم بهوًا فسيحًا بسقف مرتفع. يستلهم المفهوم التصميمي أسلوب حياة النخبة كما ورد في رواية "البحث عن الزمن المفقود" وفي فيلم "غاتسبي العظيم". وقد جرى المزج بين الدرجتين الأبيض والأسود مع ثريا معاصرة لإضفاء طابع أنيق على الفراغ. أما الأعمال التركيبية الفنية، مثل تمثال الكاميرا، فتنسجم مع الثيمة المختارة ومع تنسيقات الأثاث.

Unique Properties: This is a sales center located in Yantai city, this project has a really spacious lobby, and high ceiling which is just right for the design inspiration theme. The "Gatsby style" stated that the designer is demonstrating a luxury life style in this space and the art installations such as the camera statue also corresponded to the design theme and furniture settings.

Research: Research started with the elite life style described in the noble "A la recherche du temps perdu", developed based on the movie " The Great Gatsby".
Inspiration: Starting point of the inspiration is the market position and specific location of the project. The space itself needs to satisfy and reflect lifestyle for elites. To show the character the designer chose a very iconic style which could refer back the the noble by Marcel Proust, "A la recherche du temps perdu", and the movie "The Great Gatsby". Black and white together with the contemporary chandelier illuminated the elegancy of the whole space.
