"هودو زيرو غرافيتي" هو قميص رجالي مصمَّم لتوفير الراحة في مختلف المناسبات. ويشير الاسم إلى هدف تحقيق انعدام الضغط وانعدام التجاعيد وانعدام التقييد. ويجمع القماش بين الألياف الدقيقة (المايكروفايبر) وألياف المودال الطبيعية وألياف السباندكس المطاطية، مع تقنية التحكم في درجة الحرارة السويسرية HeiQ. والنتيجة نسيج ناعم ولطيف على البشرة ومرن، يساعد على تقليل التجاعيد بعد الغسيل. وتعتمد الخياطة الدقيقة على القص ثلاثي الأبعاد للياقة والأكمام والخصر والظهر. كما تحافظ البطانة الداخلية الخفيفة على القوام، فيما تكتمل صناعة القميص بخيوط خياطة رفيعة وأزرار متينة.

Design Challenge: It is difficult for the accessories to meet the high requirements of the fabric. The accessories have the following requirements, such as: the interlining needs to be very light and thin, but it can keep the shape, and at the same time, it can ensure that the shirt is not easily deformed after repeated washing; the sewing thread needs to be very delicate and less hairy, but there are certain The toughness of the button; the choice of buttons needs to be fashionable, beautiful and high-grade, and at the same time have a certain gloss and hardness.

The pattern needs to be solved by a number of 3D three-dimensional cutting, such as: the collar is flat and has no shape, and it cannot fit the shape of the neck well; the arc of the arm cage is not beautiful, and the space for raising hands is small; the sleeves are wide and fat, and the pleat design is invalid; The front-to-back cut ratio of the waist cannot accommodate the circumference of the belly, nor can it modify the shape of the back waist; the back is usually a common single pleat, double pleat and waist dart design, which cannot be clean and neat while modifying the back line.
