About Floating Minimalist Poetic مركز المبيعات
"الشاعرية الطافية بأسلوب الحد الأدنى" هو مركز للمبيعات والتسويق يقع في مدينة نانتشانغ بالصين. يستلهم التصميم فكرته من البحيرة الطبيعية القائمة في الموقع، حيث وُظِّف التفكيك التقليلي لخلق أجواء هادئة وطبيعية وتقنية تُلطّف الطابع التجاري المعتاد لفضاءات البيع. ينهض المبنى بحرية على ضفة البحيرة كأنه شراع، ليشكّل متحفاً فنياً على البحيرة يجمع بين المعاصرة والشاعرية. وقد خُطِّط للفضاء ليُستخدم لاحقاً كنادٍ لقاطني المكان، بما يوفّر مكاناً مستداماً للتواصل بين المجتمعات السكنية المجاورة.

- Unique Properties
- This is a sales center. The design weakens the traditional commercial atmosphere. The design clue comes from the natural lake in the project. It uses minimalist deconstruction to create a technological, quiet and natural space atmosphere, which will continue to exist as the owner’s club in the future. To provide a sustainable space for neighbourhood communications between communities in the future.

- Inspiration
- Built near the lake, a freely rising building stands on the shore of the lake like a sail, extracting spiritual connotations from the lake, thus giving birth to a "Lake Art Museum" that is both contemporary and very natural and poetic.
