About Citystars Heliopolis مجمع تجاري متعدد الاستخدامات
سيتي ستارز هليوبوليس هو مجمع تجاري متعدد الاستخدامات في مصر، افتُتح لأول مرة عام 2004. يخضع المجمع حاليًا لأعمال تجديد، بمساحة طوابق إجمالية تبلغ 250,000 متر مربع. تشمل أعمال التجديد العمارة والتصميم الداخلي والإضاءة وأنظمة الإرشاد والتوجيه وتنسيق المواقع والاستدامة ضمن نهج متكامل واحد. تمتد ثمانية مستويات عبر مربع سكني كامل. ويستوحي الشكل المنحني من انسياب مياه النيل. وتشكّل أربعة أفنية داخلية، تحمل أسماء أوريون وإكليبس وسولاريس وستاربورت، ملامح الفضاء الداخلي. وتسهم هياكل التظليل والبحيرة والأشجار والمزروعات في تلطيف حرارة الموقع.

- Unique Properties
- Citystars Heliopolis mall is the first integrated mixed-use development in Egypt, opened in 2004. The complex is currently under renovation with a focused GFA area of 250,000 sq.m. The scope included a completely integrated approach to architecture, interiors, lighting, wayfinding, landscape, and sustainability. With 8 levels spread across a city block, the new Citystars celebrates the fluidity of the Nile using a dramatic form and state-of-the-art materiality and technology.
- Inspiration
- The design language is biophilic, sinuous, comfortable and relaxing. Papyrus, lotus and water plant architectural forms are interpreted into supersized experiential features and way-finding markers. Huge shade structures, a show lake, trees and planting provide essential cooling. The mall interiors comprise 4 spectacular atriums; Orion, Eclipse, Solaris, and Starport – conveying a Galaxy of Life theme, with soft curved edges, light, creamy stone finishes, and charismatic lighting.
