About Yoga House منزل مستدام

منزل اليوغا هو منزل مستدام صُمِّم كملجأ أرضي شمسي سلبي. يمتد المبنى على مساحة 224 مترًا مربعًا، وهو مشيَّد من مواد طبيعية ومواد معاد تدويرها بأسلوب الارتقاء بالتدوير. ويعمل البناء ذو الكتلة الحرارية والتهوية الطبيعية على تنظيم درجة الحرارة الداخلية. وتوفّر الألواح الشمسية والتوربينات الهوائية الكهرباء، في حين يتم تجميع مياه الأمطار وتخزينها للاستخدام على المدى الطويل. كما تتيح حديقة عضوية زراعة الغذاء في الموقع. وقد وُجِّه المخطط المؤلف بمعظمه من طابق واحد بحرية وفق طبيعة الأرض للحفاظ على جميع الأشجار القائمة والانفتاح على أجمل الإطلالات.

Unique Properties: Earthship structures are intended to be off-the-grid ready homes, with minimal reliance on public utilities and fossil fuels. The building is constructed to use available natural resources, especially energy from the sun and rainwater. They are designed with thermal mass construction and natural gross ventilation to regulate indoor temperature, and the designs are intentionally uncomplicated and mainly single story. Special attention is paid to landscape and visual analysis and the ability to adjust the angle of placement of the building to open the most favorable view prospects.
