About Greenwich التصميم الداخلي السكني

"غرينيتش" هو مشروع تصميم داخلي سكني لشقة صغيرة في تايوان. يعمل الطابق المعلق (الميزانين) على زيادة المساحة القابلة للاستخدام داخل البصمة المحدودة للمكان. وتُسهم عناصر الزجاج والحديد في إدخال أشعة الشمس إلى كل زاوية. أما الدرابزينات الفولاذية النحيلة وممشى السلم فتقسّم المناطق مع الحفاظ على الانفتاح البصري. يستحضر التصميم سلالم الحديد في مانهاتن، حيث عاش المالك سابقًا. والمواد الرئيسية المستخدمة هي ألواح الجزيئات، والدهان المعدني المائي، وأرضيات المركّب الحجري البلاستيكي، وقد تم اختيارها لانخفاض نسبة الفورمالديهايد والتطاير فيها.

The excellent support structure of steel is used to make the floor handrails have a more slender line and sense of penetration, while reducing the shielding rate.
Research: In the limited floor area, use the mezzanine design to increase the use of space. The combination of glass and iron pieces brings sunlight from a large area into every corner of the room. Let the line sense of the iron parts increase the level of the indoor space and divide the area.From the perspective of the occupants as a starting point, to experience the role that is about to enter, in addition to the convenience of life, it also integrates emotional communication.
Inspiration: The homeowner who once lived in Manhattan has deep memories and emotions for the lines of the iron staircase outside the building. The picture is reproduced by the staircase walkway on the mezzanine.
