About Vilicci Virtuoso شواية

فيليتشي فيرتوازو هي شواية مصممة للطهي على النار. تُصنَّع كل مكوناتها بالتفريز من كتل مصمتة من الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ باستخدام آلات التفريز ذات التحكم الرقمي (CNC)، فيما صُنعت بعض الأجزاء من النحاس الأصفر. ويمكن تركيب وحدة السيخ الدوّار على الشواية أو إزالتها عبر فتح مزلاج متين محكم الإغلاق. ويسهم الشكل المخروطي السداسي لحجرة النار وتوزيع فتحات التهوية في تحقيق دوران متساوٍ للهواء، بحيث تشتعل النار بانتظام وكفاءة. كما أن ارتفاع حجرة النار الداخلية قابل للتعديل، مما يتيح ضبط درجة حرارة سطح الطهي بدقة. ويتم التخلص من الرماد عبر منفذ مخصص للمكنسة الكهربائية.

Unique Properties: Every component of the Virtuoso
grill is milled from solid blocks of stainless steel and crafted using state-of-the-art CNC milling machines.
With the addition of the state of the art skewer rotisserie system this grill ticks all the boxes when it comes to functionality and striking appearance.
The special hexagonal cone shape of the fire chamber and the strategically placed air vents ensure a perfect air circulation around the fire which will burn evenly and efficiently throughout the grilling.

Project Duration: From 2020 Budapest until 2022 Budapest
Operation Flow: The rotisserie unit can be safely placed on or removed from the grill by opening a sturdy deadbolt latch. Emptying ash from the fire chamber is very easy due to the convenient vacuum cleaner port.
By adjusting the height of the inner fire chamber, you can fine-tune the temperature of the grill’s cooktop. The cooktop’s temperature also slightly varies between the inner and outer parts, so one can control the speed of cooking by placing food at the appropriate area.
