"الفيلا المتراصة" في فناء شينغتاي رقم 1 هي شقة نموذجية تقع في مدينة شينغتاي بمقاطعة خبي في الصين، وقد اكتمل تنفيذها عام 2022. ينتمي هذا التصميم الداخلي إلى مشروع سكني مُحسَّن في منطقة شيندو. أُزيلت غرفة النوم الأصلية لتوسيع غرفة المعيشة، فبدت المساحة مفتوحة ومشرقة عند المدخل. تُخفي الخطوط المنحنية العتبة العلوية وهيكل التكييف والجدار الحامل وبئر الأنابيب، مما يجعل التوزيع المكاني انسيابيًا. وتشمل الخامات المستخدمة ألواحًا مطلية باللاكيه الأبيض والرخام والتشطيبات الخشبية والجلد والفولاذ المرآوي الأسود.
