حول Next Collection مجمع سكني
"نكست كوليكشن" هو مجمع سكني صُمّم بما يتناغم مع المشهد الطبيعي لمنطقة غرين كيب. يتألف المبنى من ثلاثة أجنحة مستقلة تقوم على قاعدة مرتفعة تحتضن حديقة. ويُستخدم سطح المبنى كمساحة اجتماعية تضم مطعمًا وبارًا وحمام سباحة. ويدعم توزيع الأجنحة انسيابية واضحة في الحركة بين الشقق والحديقة القائمة على القاعدة المرتفعة. أما التصميم الداخلي فيتبع نهجًا بسيطًا (مينيمالياً) بطابع بحري ولوحة ألوان هادئة. ويجمع التصميم بين الأشكال العضوية وتضاريس المحيط الطبيعي.
