حول Taste of Luxury التصميم الداخلي السكني
"طعم الفخامة" هو تصميم داخلي سكني لمنزل تبلغ مساحته 240 متراً مربعاً. يتضمن المخطط ثلاث غرف نوم ومنطقة معيشة واسعة مزوّدة بمدفأة. يصل ارتفاع الأسقف إلى 3 أمتار، وتُدخل النوافذ البانورامية الضوء الطبيعي إلى المساحة. استُخدم الرخام والنحاس الأصفر وغيرها من التشطيبات الراقية في جميع أنحاء المنزل، أما الأثاث فقد تم توفيره من ماركات إيطالية فاخرة. صُنعت السلالم بالكامل من الزجاج، ودُمجت أنظمة المنزل الذكي والأنظمة المستقلة. يجمع التصميم بين الأشكال الكلاسيكية والمواد والتقنيات المعاصرة.

All furnishings will be sourced from prestigious Italian luxury brands. The design will incorporate luxurious materials such as marble, brass, and other high-end finishes. The staircases will be crafted entirely from glass, enhancing the modern and elegant aesthetic of the property.

- The most challenging aspect of this design project was addressing the lower ceiling height while maintaining an open and spacious feel. Integrating the building's structural beams into the overall design posed significant creative hurdles. These beams needed to be concealed without compromising the aesthetic or functionality of the space. Additionally, historical and social perspectives influenced the design, as we aimed to respect local architectural styles. External factors, such as regulations and available technology, also shaped our approach, requiring innovative solutions to achieve our vision.
