حول Realm of Clouds مبنى سكني
"عالم الغيوم" مبنى سكني يضم 11 وحدة في مدينة تايتشونغ بتايوان. يدمج التصميم بين العمارة والزراعة، مستخدمًا مستويات متعددة من الغطاء النباتي وواجهات خضراء وحجرًا طبيعيًا. يوفّر المخطط إطلالات خضراء وضوءًا طبيعيًا وهواءً نقيًا وفراغات داخلية مفتوحة، في حين تحافظ الممرات الخاصة والمداخل المستقلة على الخصوصية. وتضيف الخضرة على الواجهات عزلًا طبيعيًا وتدعم التنوع البيولوجي. كما يسهم حصاد مياه الأمطار والإضاءة الموفّرة للطاقة والتهوية المتقاطعة في تقليل الأثر البيئي، إلى جانب استخدام الحجر المُستخرج محليًا والخشب المُعاد تدويره.

The façade features self-sustaining greenery, providing natural insulation and biodiversity support. Locally sourced stone and recycled wood enhance durability and eco-responsibility.

Constructing a multi-layered green façade required innovative structural solutions, ensuring longevity without compromising aesthetics. Integrating biophilic design, biodiversity, and sustainability while maintaining luxury, privacy, and functional efficiency pushed the boundaries of conventional residential architecture.
