About Plastrack مجرى درج
بلاستراك هو مجرى درج مصمَّم للتركيب دون الحاجة إلى أدوات. يُصنع المجرى من بلاستيك عالي المتانة مقوّى بالفولاذ، ويُنتج كقطعة واحدة بالحقن بالقولبة. يتكوّن الهيكل الرئيسي من وحدات قضبان توجيه متناظرة تُثبَّت في الفتحات المُعدَّة مسبقًا داخل الخزانة بواسطة مشابك مرنة، بحيث لا حاجة إلى أي براغي. يتلاءم بلاستراك مع الخزانات ذات الأعماق المختلفة ويدعم التركيب الجانبي والسفلي على حدٍّ سواء. تختصر طريقة التركيب الخالية من البراغي زمن التثبيت وتجنّب التلامس مع البراغي الحادة. كما يعالج التصميم مشكلة التكلفة والتوافق المحدود للمجاري المعدنية التقليدية.

- Unique Properties
- This product is made of high strength steel plastic in one piece and innovatively realizes the tool-free installation of drawer slides. The main body is composed of symmetrical guide rail modules, which can be quickly locked with the preset holes of the cabinet through elastic clips, eliminating the screw tightening process required for traditional metal slide rails. It can be adapted to various cabinets of different depths and supports both side installation and bottom installation modes.

- Production Technology
- The barrel body of the product is made of high-strength steel and plastic through one piece injection molding. The product undergoes 12 quality inspections throughout the process to ensure that it does not deform after 100,000 pull out tests. The snap-on slider structure ensures that the drawer fits tightly and pulls smoothly.
- Design Challenge
- The biggest challenge in the implementation and research process is how to meet the requirements of safety and ease of operation, improve durability, and at the same time be compatible with products of different drawer types. Finally, through continuous refinement of 3D models and sample verification, this innovative drawer slide rail was designed.
- Research
- The installation of traditional metal slide rails requires professional tools, which is time consuming and laborious. There are many screws, the operation remains unchanged, and at the same time, the price is high. We innovatively achieve tool free installation of drawer slides, replacing metal with plastic. This not only ensures safety and ease of operation, enhances durability, but also improves the aesthetic appeal of the product.
- Inspiration
- Two major pain points of traditional metal slide rails: 1. Installation requires professional tools, which is time consuming and laborious; 2. Iron parts are expensive and have poor compatibility. Inspired by the connection structure of plastic snap type shelves, the core concept of using plastic slide rails to replace the metal parts fixed by screws is proposed. Carry out modular design to enable the slide rails to adapt to different cabinet bodies.
- Project Duration
- The project started in Shenzhen in October 2024 and will be completed in Shenzhen in June 2025.
- Operation Flow
- The entire installation process is screw free to prevent users from being scratched by screws.
Confirm the inner width of the cabinet, select the corresponding length of the slide rail, insert the protruding point on the side of the slide rail into the pre opened hole on the side of the cabinet, and press down to lock it. 2. Pull the slide rail to its longest length, align the groove of the drawer side panel with the protrusion of the guide rail and press it down, then fasten the internal buttons. - Team Members
