حول Golden Fortress المنطقة المشتركة السكنية
"القلعة الذهبية" هو تصميم داخلي للمنطقة المشتركة في مبنى سكني بتايوان. تغطي مساحة التصميم 600 متر مربع ضمن قاعدة تبلغ 2,600 متر مربع، وتخدم 15 طابقًا و100 وحدة سكنية. وُضع بهو المصاعد في وسط المخطط، بينما تقع الحديقة في الجهة الخلفية. وتسمح النوافذ الكبيرة بدخول الضوء الطبيعي وتفتح المشهد نحو الحديقة. ويمنح قشرة الخشب الطبيعي الأسطح ملمسًا دافئًا. ويحدد ترتيب الأثاث مواقع غرفة العائلة ومركز اللياقة البدنية والصالة دون حواجز ثابتة، بحيث يبقى المخطط مفتوحًا وملائمًا لجميع الفئات العمرية.

- The building incorporates an expansive garden area at the rear, contributing to it's overall spatial design. The elevator lobby is strategically positioned at the center, functioning as a pivotal component of the architectural layout.

- Based on structural planning, the design adopts a minimalist approach, minimizing excessive decoration and unnecessary waste to achieve a natural and pure aesthetic. Natural wood veneer materials are selected to create a warm, textured atmosphere. Additionally, the furniture is thoughtfully arranged to maximize space utilization. Large windows are incorporated to allow ample natural light.

- The entire lobby must accommodate multiple functions while maintaining maximum openness to allow an unobstructed view of the garden, seamlessly connecting the interior with the exterior. We define different areas using various types of furniture, creating zones without physical partitions, so the space remains open and cohesive.

- The public spaces offer a variety of functions to meet diverse needs. The family room can be used by those working from home as well as school-age children. The fitness center is available year-round for all age groups. The lounge provides a comfortable environment.

Occupants benefit from views overlooking the rear garden, contributing to a tranquil and soothing atmosphere. The open plan design optimizes spatial efficiency and adaptability.
