حول The Art Of Community فضاء عام
"فن المجتمع" هو تصميم لفضاء عام ضمن مجمع سكني في مدينة تايتشونغ بتايوان. تضم المساحات المشتركة بهوًا بارتفاع ستة أمتار ينفتح على فناء مزروع، ورواقًا فنيًا، ومطبخًا معيشيًا. وتتيح الواجهات الزجاجية بارتفاع 3.3 أمتار دخول الضوء الطبيعي وتدفق الهواء إلى الداخل. وقد جرى الجمع بين الخرسانة ذات الطابع البسيط والخشب الدافئ، فيما حلّت المنحنيات العضوية الناعمة محل الزوايا الحادة، وهو ما يتجلى بوضوح في العمارة الخشبية المنحنية للمكتبة. كما أُزيل كاونتر الاستقبال الرسمي في البهو لإيجاد انسيابية متصلة نحو الفناء وتشجيع التفاعل بين السكان.

- This design transforms residential living into an art-infused community. It features a 6-meter lobby opening to a lush courtyard, an Art Corridor, and a Living Kitchen. Soft curves, organic forms, and expansive 3.3-meter glazing create a seamless, light-filled environment. It's a holistic ecosystem fostering connection and creativity, redefining modern family living beyond mere accommodation.

- Guided by biophilic principles, the design methodology focused on dissolving the barrier between indoors and out. This was achieved through a 6-meter-high lobby and expansive 3.3-meter glazing, maximizing natural light and airflow. The material palette intentionally blends minimalist concrete with warm wood to craft a sophisticated yet gentle atmosphere. A key technique was favoring soft, organic curves over hard angles, most prominent in the library's unique curved wooden architecture.
