About House of the Breathing Void منزل سكني
"منزل الفراغ المتنفّس" هو منزل سكني منظَّم حول فناء داخلي مركزي. يعمل هذا الفناء كفراغ مفتوح يتيح للهواء والضوء التدفق بحرية، مشكِّلاً النواة البيئية للمسكن. كما يخلق الفناء حواراً متواصلاً بين الفضاءات الداخلية والخارجية. ويتبع المنزل المبادئ المناخية الحيوية، بتوجيه جنوبي واضح يلتقط أشعة الشمس ويدعم التدفئة السلبية ويعزز التهوية الطبيعية. ويمنح هذا التوجيه ذاته المبنى شكلاً قطرياً، في استجابة فراغية ومناخية في آنٍ واحد.

- Unique Properties
- The “House of the Breathing Void” is conceived as a sanctuary of openness, a dwelling that breathes, listens, and connects. Anchored between earth and sky, the house establishes a continuous dialogue between interior and exterior, shaped by climate, light, and Mediterranean lifestyle. At its center lies an atrium, the open heart of the home, where air, light, and life circulate freely, forming both the emotional and environmental core.
- Inspiration
- The Atrium was the concept inspiration of the project. The house was conceived through bioclimatic principles, its geometry shaped by a clear southern orientation that captures sunlight, enhances passive heating, and invites natural ventilation. From this dual idea, the atrium and the orientation toward the sun, a diagonal gesture arose in the building’s form, a spatial and climatic response that defines its identity. Here, light becomes both material and structure, carving paths through the interior.
